Following the announcement last week that Andy Bell will be performing at the forthcoming Poptronik Festival in Sitges, near Barcelona in September. I can now tell you that he will headline the first night of the two-night festival on September 1st, topping a bill that also includes Fernando Garribay, Kazaky, Cazwell and Phil Marriott, among others.
