We are very pleased to be able to announce that Andy Bell’s 2005 solo album ‘Electric Blue’ will be reissued in an expanded triple coloured vinyl edition entitled ‘Extended Blue’ on 28th August, featuring all the tracks from the original album alongside the b-sides from the original singles which are available on vinyl for the first time. The first 500 orders from Lexer Music will also receive a bonus CD featuring an identical tracklisting to the vinyl, which is designed to fit into 2020’s 3-CD ‘Electric Blue’ reissue.
In advance of the album, there is also a brand new 12″ vinyl single scheduled for release on 14th August featuring new Manhattan Clique reworks of the album’s ‘Love Oneself’ and ‘Delicious’, both of which feature vocals from Propaganda’s Claudia Brücken, as well as Andy Bell’s original versions of both tracks recorded prior to Claudia joining the project.
‘Extended Blue’, which features each of the three discs pressed in a different blue, and The ‘Love Oneself’/’Delicious’ 12″ single, pressed on pink vinyl, are available to pre-order available from Lexer Music alongside a 21st anniversary ‘Electric Blue 21’ t-shirt – in pink and in blue – which revisits the original ‘Electric Blue’ tour shirt from 2005.
